3 green peppers
1 tablespoon sunflower/olive oil
1/2 cup vegetable stock/water
In a wok/large frying pan,heat cinnamon powder over low heat.
Add oil then your onion & saute until brown.
Add your vegetables & cook for 5 minutes and then add your stock/water.
Herbed Grilled Fish
1 fish fillet
3 tablespoons sunflower/olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Marinate your fish with herbs,salt & oil.
Pre-heat your grill.
Arrange your fillet over a grill pan.
Grill your fillet until lightly browned.
*When grilling fish use the 70-30 method.If your grilling time is time 10 minutes,grill one side for 7 minutes & the other 3 minutes.

->1 cup rice
->2 cups of water
->3 tablespoons sunflower/olive oil
->mixed spices (cardamon,cloves,cumin seeds)
In a wok/sufuria,heat mixed spices over low heat.
Add onions and saute until brown.
Add two cups of water and bring the mixture to boil over high heat.
Add your rice.
Reduce the heat to low,cover the mixture for about 20 minutes or until the rice is tender & liquid is absorbed.
->pinch of salt & sugar
->apple cider vinegar (optional)
In a wok or large frying pan,heat sesame seeds over moderate until browned,stirring constantly.
In a small bowl,mix sugar,salt,apple cider vinegar,sesame seeds & yogurt.Cover and refrigerate your sauce until ready to serve.
